We loved that the place was a bit further into the bush than most places at Zebula. The rooms were all spacious, comfortable and we very much enjoyed our stay. Nicky was a wonderful host. We had a great time and will definitely go back here. Accommodation and amenities suited our family of 10. The kids really enjoyed waking up to the animals outside their windows. We had to adjust some of our plans due to load shedding, but all in all we had a really good stay. Definitely worth the visit.

This is a lovely place to go to escape the rush. The house is well-equipped, but desperately needs some updating. The furniture and finishes are very outdated and it looks like a lot of patchy maintenance has been done over the years. Overall a nice place to stay, but could use some love.

Loved Nicky's place. We had a wonderful weekend in the bush, exactly what we needed. The house was perfect for all our friends and family. The house was clean upon arrival and we had a cleaning lady everyday. It was also perfect with a toddler as most of the rooms were on ground level and he could run around everywhere. Would definitely recommend Nicky's place.

Great house and away from the crowds. Animals are all around you which was fantastic. Beauty our cleaning lady at the house is a gem, she gets a 5 + rating from us. The little market shop has exuberant pricing and would suggest stopping in Bella Bella to stock up on ice and drinking water. Buy wood next to the road it is half the price.

The house is in a beautiful bush setting with a great view from the pool area. Large kitchen with fantastic gas stove and enough cutlery and plates provided, and cooking utensils. They were equipped with extra lights for load shedding. Bath tubs are large and luxurious.

Highly recommended accommodation. The place was spacious, clean and comfortable for our large family group. Zebula offered a fantastic Safari/Bush/Golf experience, to highlight: quad-bike safaris, game-drives, and the top-ranked golf course. There is abundance of wildlife, including zebra, warthog, and range of antelope.

We had a lovely family weekend at House1. Nicky was very accommodating and always available. Plenty of animals. Would def visit again.
